Creative basically describes me as a person, young and energetic, on the label I wanted to give space to our friends ( not just customers ) and the idea is that anyone in the next few years if he wants to write his thoughts on this label.
We recommend drinking it fresh, a sangiovese for the summer!
A beautiful bouquet of cherry and an intense color, is a blend of three types of Sangiovese from a vineyard a young man of only half a hectare.
The harvest is done only manually by the members of the family where we select the cluster to the cluster with extreme care, the fermentation occurs without using selected yeasts in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures.
